Quality control and communication in our shop are managed a lot differently than they were a few years ago. I'm sorry that you had a problem you were unsatisfied about. The people you were dealing with and that worked on the car are no longer with us. It's been a long time and I really don't remember all the details. I do know that it was about some work done it our shop and I wasn't directly involved. From what I'm told we did some work on your TT several years ago. You sold the car. The new owner found some problems that may or may not have been due to some work done by a tech here that is no longer with us. You wanted us to pay money for the problems without even seeing the car or the problems in question. You didn't even own the car anymore. Needless to say, we refused. Maybe you saw the situation a different way or maybe there was more to it, but that's how it was portrayed to me. Apparently you're still really upset about it, and regardless of how unreasonable we may think your being, it's not in our interest to have upset customers. If there is something we can do let me know. Maybe we could give you some excellent deals on some parts or something, but we still have no intention of giving you cash.
